Booking Policy
Please note that we operate by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in appointments. Bookings are made strictly through our website or booking system, and will not be accepted via emails, mobile, or social media direct messages.
Upon booking your appointment, you will be prompted to secure your allocated time with a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards your treatment. Dermal fillers, PRP, fat dissolving, and IV drip therapy will require a deposit of $100 which will also go towards your treatment.
You must be 18 years of age to receive our services. Kindly note that due to the nature of our services and equipment, we do not permit individuals under the age of 16 in our clinic. Pets or animals are also prohibited in respect to health board regulations.

NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellation or a missed visit leaves a hole in our nurse's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment will lose their deposit. Messages through social media of notification of your cancellation will not be accepted and you must cancel using the booking confirmation email you received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not accept refunds on services performed despite the potential risks that may occur for each treatment. We do our best to educate you thoroughly of all risks and complications with each treatment. As with all cosmetic injectable treatments, multiple treatments may be required to achieve your desired goal. If purchasing skin care, your item may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened and unused.

PRICING
Prices are subject to change. If you have already made an appointment before the announcement of a price change, you will not be required to pay the new price. Liquid rhinoplasty as well as tear trough fillers are priced by service and not by syringe as these are considered specialty treatments that require advanced skill and training. Please refer to our booking link for a list of our prices.

PROMOTIONS
All pre purchased products or treatments, such as neurotoxin or dermal fillers, must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. It is your responsibility to maintain a record of the date on which you purchased the item/ service.

RIGHT TO REFUSE CARE
As a patient, you have the right to decline or provide informed consent for any medical treatment or procedure. This means that you have the right to be fully informed about the risks, benefits, and alternatives of any proposed treatment, and to make a voluntary decision about whether or not to proceed with it.
If you choose to decline a treatment or procedure, your healthcare provider will inform you of the potential consequences of your decision and work with you to develop an alternative plan of care.
On the other hand, if you choose to provide informed consent for a treatment or procedure, your healthcare provider will provide you with detailed information about what to expect during the procedure, including any potential risks, benefits, or complications. You may also be required to sign a consent form to confirm that you have received and understood this information and have agreed to undergo the treatment or procedure.
In either case, it is important to communicate openly and honestly with your healthcare provider to ensure that you receive the best possible care that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

PROVIDER’S RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS
Lexxsthetics has the right to deny access and services to clients in situations that involve disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, violation of our policies or code of conduct, as well as if safety of our staff is compromised. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline the provision of services of it is determined that your health and safety can be significantly compromised.
